In addition to every amenity imaginable, La Troza Beach House provides all the services of a resort, including airport pick-up, a friendly and attentive concierge, daily maid service and optional shopping or private chef services.
Host Services
Our Host will pick you up at the airport or at your hotel, and drive you to Boca de Tomatlan, where we will have a panga boat waiting to take you to La Troza. After he settles you into the beach house, he will check in with you daily by phone to make sure you have everything you need. If you’d like to take a fishing trip, see another part of the coast or go into town he will advise you of the costs and act as your own personal concierge to make all of the arrangements for you.
Daily Maid Service
If your idea of the perfect vacation includes having more time to spend with family and friends, and less time cleaning up after everyone, La Troza’s daily maid service makes staying in this Puerto Vallarta vacation rental a dream come true.
Dining Options
Food and drink are central to any memorable vacation, but perhaps especially to a beach vacation. We offer two dining options for your stay with us at La Troza, so you can choose the level of service that best suits your needs.
Shopping Service
If you choose this option for your party, we will have you make a grocery list in advance, including your food, drinks, snacks etc. Then, we will do the shopping for you, purchasing the freshest local ingredients and selecting items based on your requests. The owners of La Troza are locals who know where to get hard to find items, and are very knowledgeable regarding which items are available, and which are not. Your kitchen and pantry will be fully stocked upon your arrival, and you will be on your own to cook and serve as you please.
Chef Service
If you don’t feel like cooking, then ask about our chef services. When you choose this option, we will send a private chef and waiter to plan, prepare and serve your meals. Our professional staff will be on site to prepare your meals from 9 am to 4 pm, leaving your dinner prepared and ready to heat and serve at your leisure. Meal options will be provided and discussed with you in advance, as well as your drink preferences. Prices vary, depending on your choices and are available upon request.

Menus prepared by our chef may include:
Breakfast: Fresh fruit and juices, coffee, rolls, yogurt, granola, eggs, bacon or sausage, pancakes, French toast, etc.
Lunch: Fresh fish, ceviche tostadas, shrimp, sandwiches, guacamole, hamburgers, salads, etc.
Snacks: Chips, guacamole, pico de gallo, tostadas, nachos, etc.
Dinner: Carne Asada, fresh fish, shrimp, chicken, steak, salads, potatoes, rice, beans, fresh vegetables and dessert
Amenities include:
• A private air-conditioned master bedroom with king-size bed and a private bathroom.
• A large loft with three double beds – open air, under a spectacular palapa (thatched roof), mosquito netting, floor and ceiling fans.
• A full kitchen with two refrigerators, microwave, blender, glassware, utensils and cooking and serving supplies.
• Three dining areas, including a gas BBQ area, beach dining and a kitchen bar.
• A comfortable living area overlooking the ocean with cushions for relaxing or napping.
• Two additional full bathrooms with showers and toiletry baskets.
• Fresh water swimming pool.
• Bed linens, duvets, beach and bath towels.
• Television with VCR, stereo, snorkeling equipment.
• Private, white sand beach with umbrellas, a hammock and lounge chairs.

• Round-trip transportation from the airport to Boca, then panga boat service to and from La Troza.
